Private, local AI for medical practices

An AI agent that lives inside your practice, not in someone else's cloud.

Built for Atlanta practices with ten or more staff. It runs on a machine in your office. In phase one it is not connected to patient records at all.

How it goes now

  • The front desk is on the phone all day and the schedule still has holes
  • Nobody can find the policy we wrote two years ago, so we answer from memory
  • A credentialing renewal sneaks up and we find out when a payer denies a claim
  • Supply orders happen when somebody finally notices we are out
  • The practice owner cannot see across the practice without asking four people

What it takes over in phase one, with no patient data

  • Staff scheduling and coverage, so a callout does not become a scramble
  • Policy and procedure answers, read from your own written policies
  • Provider credentialing and licence tracking, to a date instead of to memory
  • Supply ordering and reorder points
  • Owner and office-manager dashboards, and one short list every morning

Every one of these is counted, and the count lands on one page a month.

What it does
  • Staff scheduling and coverage
  • Policy and procedure answers, from your own written policies
  • Provider credentialing and licence tracking, to a date
  • Supply ordering and reorder points
  • Owner and office-manager dashboards
The proof

Run on a real company first

We built this on ourselves first. WilliamMarkDesigns, our founding client, runs 24 projects and $74.5M in retail across four years, with 13 staff, and every number in their morning brief traces back to a record anyone can open. The construction office and the medical office have the same problem: too many small things, none of them hard, all of them endless.

What it costs

Two week pilot, $750. Then $125 a week.

Per company, not per person. Month to month, cancel any time. Anything beyond a standard build is quoted in writing before it starts, and you approve it or it does not happen.

The pilot exists because month one is the expensive one for us: the setup is eight hours of real work before your agent does anything useful. If the ledger does not show the time back, you should not be paying us.

Fifteen minutes, on your own numbers

You bring your week as it actually runs. We show you what the agent would take off your plate, and you leave knowing yes or no. No deck and no pitch.

The boundary, in plain words

Phase one touches no patient data at all

Every item on the left of this page is deliberately chosen to avoid patient information entirely. No charts, no notes, no diagnoses, no treatment, no claims. That is not a limitation we are apologising for, it is what makes it safe to start before the compliance work is finished.

We make no compliance claim, and you will not find one anywhere on this site. Patient-facing work is a later phase, and it starts only after three things exist: a signed Business Associate Agreement, a HIPAA risk analysis, and a review by your own healthcare attorney. Your counsel decides, not us.

Where it runs

On a machine inside your practice

The agent runs on a server in your office, not in a shared cloud service. Nothing about a patient is sent anywhere, because in phase one nothing about a patient is read.

You approve every connection, one at a time. Access is read-only until you say otherwise, and revocable in one click.

Questions

Straight answers.

Where does the data actually live?

On a machine inside your practice. The agent is not a shared cloud service and in phase one it is not connected to patient records. Nothing about a patient is sent anywhere, because nothing about a patient is read.

Do you make a compliance claim?

No, and we will not, anywhere on this site. What we do is deliberately scope phase one so that patient data is never involved, which is what makes it reasonable to start now rather than in a year.

When can we use it for anything patient-facing?

After three things exist, in this order: a signed Business Associate Agreement, a HIPAA risk analysis, and a review by your own healthcare attorney. Your counsel decides whether the result is acceptable, not us.

Who can see what inside the practice?

Roles are enforced, not just displayed. Owner, approver, contributor and viewer, and every action is written to one log that cannot be edited, which you can read yourself at any time.

Will it touch our billing or our claims?

Not in phase one. Claims carry patient data, so they are outside the scope by design.

How big does the practice need to be?

Ten staff or more, or several providers. Below that the setup costs more than it gives back, and we will tell you so.
