Near Northside Hospital, Sandy Springs

Your practice runs on the office, not on the exam room.

For multi-provider practices in the Pill Hill area of Sandy Springs, a short drive from our own base in Atlanta. We set it up in person.

How it goes now

  • Two providers on leave and the schedule is rebuilt by hand, again
  • A credentialing packet is missing one document and nobody knows which
  • The policy binder exists, but the answer comes from whoever has been there longest
  • Every practice in this corridor competes for the same staff, so coverage is everything
  • Nobody has a single view of the practice without asking the office manager

What it takes over in phase one, with no patient data

  • Staff scheduling and coverage across providers, rooms and front desk
  • Policy and procedure answers, read from your own written policies
  • Credentialing, licence and payer-enrolment renewals tracked to a date
  • Supply ordering and reorder points per location
  • An owner and office-manager dashboard, plus one short list every morning

Every one of these is counted, and the count lands on one page a month.

What it does
  • Staff scheduling and coverage
  • Policy and procedure answers, from your own written policies
  • Provider credentialing and licence tracking, to a date
  • Supply ordering and reorder points
  • Owner and office-manager dashboards
The proof

Run on a real company first

We are a short drive from Pill Hill, based in Atlanta, and we set these up in person. Our founding client is a 13 person Atlanta builder running 24 projects across four years, and the agent that runs their morning brief, their insurance tracker and their schedule shifts is the same machine we would point at your office.

What it costs

Two week pilot, $750. Then $125 a week.

Per company, not per person. Month to month, cancel any time. Anything beyond a standard build is quoted in writing before it starts, and you approve it or it does not happen.

The pilot exists because month one is the expensive one for us: the setup is eight hours of real work before your agent does anything useful. If the ledger does not show the time back, you should not be paying us.

Fifteen minutes, on your own numbers

You bring your week as it actually runs. We show you what the agent would take off your plate, and you leave knowing yes or no. No deck and no pitch.

The boundary, in plain words

Phase one touches no patient data at all

Every item on the left of this page is deliberately chosen to avoid patient information entirely. No charts, no notes, no diagnoses, no treatment, no claims. That is not a limitation we are apologising for, it is what makes it safe to start before the compliance work is finished.

We make no compliance claim, and you will not find one anywhere on this site. Patient-facing work is a later phase, and it starts only after three things exist: a signed Business Associate Agreement, a HIPAA risk analysis, and a review by your own healthcare attorney. Your counsel decides, not us.

Where it runs

On a machine inside your practice

The agent runs on a server in your office, not in a shared cloud service. Nothing about a patient is sent anywhere, because in phase one nothing about a patient is read.

You approve every connection, one at a time. Access is read-only until you say otherwise, and revocable in one click.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do you come to us?

Yes. We are based in Atlanta, minutes from the Pill Hill corridor, and we do the setup sessions in person.

Does the agent run on our equipment or yours?

On a machine inside your practice. That is the point of the design. You can unplug it.

Can it work across more than one location?

Yes. Coverage, credentials and supplies are tracked per location and rolled into one view, which is usually the thing a multi-site office manager needs most.

Will it replace our office manager?

No. It removes the chasing. The office manager stops being the only place the practice keeps its memory.

What about our EHR?

In phase one we do not connect to it, because the EHR holds patient data. Everything the agent does in phase one lives outside the chart.

Do you make a compliance claim?

No, and we will not. We make no compliance claim. Patient-facing work is a later phase, gated on a Business Associate Agreement, a HIPAA risk analysis and your healthcare attorney's review.

How big does my company need to be?

Ten people or more, or close to it. Below that, the honest answer is that the setup costs more than it gives back, and we will tell you so.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The technical side is ours. You need one working session with us, and a few minutes a week to say yes or no to what your agent drafts.

What do you need access to?

Only what you approve, one system at a time. Read-only until you say otherwise, and revocable in one click.

How long until it is running?

Two weeks from the first working session. Week one we map how the week actually runs. Week two we build it and sit with your people.

Does it move money or send anything on its own?

No. The agent reads, codes and drafts. It never initiates a payment, a transfer or payroll, and nothing goes out without a named person clicking.

What does it cost?

A two week pilot at $750, then $125 a week per company, not per person. Month to month, cancel any time.
