Part one of two

The foundation.

The technical side, and it is ours to run. We install your agents, keep every connection working, back up your files and your agent's memory, and secure the access you approve. You never have to touch any of it.

What we manage

Six parts of the job, and none of them is a login.

Before your agents do anything, we set them up, connect them and keep them safe. This part is ours.

Most companies do not fail at this because the model is not good enough. They fail because nobody connected the eleven things that need connecting, nobody keeps them connected when a provider changes an API or a portal changes its login, and nobody notices when a sync quietly stops. That is the work, and it is ours.

SET UP

We install and maintain your agents

Provisioning, configuration, model selection, cost management, tuning, and keeping each one pointed at the right work. Not one agent for the company: each senior person gets their own, and they share the tree.

CONNECT

We manage the connections

Email across domains and mailboxes, calendars, files, your systems of record, government and procurement portals, client and vendor channels, the model providers behind it all, access controls, backups. Connected, kept in sync, kept from drifting.

MAP

We build and keep the tree

The main nodes, sub-nodes and sub-sub-nodes of everything you are responsible for advancing, built with you, corrected by you, and kept true every week.

TEACH

We teach your people

Six skills, taught in the first two weeks: give context not instructions, correct it so it learns, read the brief top down, work the queue not the inbox, know the boundary, escalate in one line. This is where the six stones get built, by your people, with us beside them.

WATCH

We watch for what you would miss

Scanning runs continuously across your tree, looking for the orphan, the drift, the blocker three levels down, the contradiction, the silence, the pattern. A person on our side reads every finding before it reaches you.

REPORT

We report, and we keep you current

A written number every month, in your own hours, including the parts we cannot measure yet. And the standing job of keeping you on the current, because what this can do moves every quarter.

Backups and security backups

Two things are backed up. One of them is your access.

Most people think about backing up their files. We back up your files, your agent's memory, and the access settings that let the whole thing work. That last one is the part nobody else does, and it is the part that gets you running again fastest.

BACK UP

Your files, and your agent's memory

  • Backed up on a schedule, automatically, without you starting it.
  • Your agent's memory goes with it, so the tree and the context survive a bad day.
  • A person checks the backups. A backup nobody has restored is a guess, so we restore one on purpose, on a schedule, into a clean place, and record that it worked.
  • If something breaks, we put it back. That is the job, not a favour.
SECURE

Your access, and the ability to prove it

  • Least-privilege access that you approve. Nothing is added later without asking.
  • A security backup of your access settings. Every connection, every permission and every grant is recorded, so anything can be restored or revoked fast.
  • One click to revoke. You can pause the agents or cut any single connection yourself.
  • A monthly access report, so you can always see what is connected to what.

We are bringing companies into the current.

The technology is moving faster than most companies can absorb, and every quarter that passes widens the gap between the ones wired into it and the ones that are not. We are not selling a tool to close that gap. We take on the job of keeping it closed, for as long as we work together.

Why not yet

Seven reasons companies are not doing this yet. We built an answer to each one.

You never touch the foundation.

That is the point. You approve what it connects to, and we keep the rest running: the agents, the connections, the backups, the access, and the reporting.
