AI training for teams of 10 or more

Most teams do not need AI training. They need the work taken off them.

We do not sell courses. We sit with your people and set the thing up on your real work, then we stay.

How it goes now

  • Somebody bought a subscription six months ago and nobody opens it
  • A half-day seminar happened, everyone nodded, nothing changed
  • One person is quietly using AI on their own and nobody else knows how
  • The people who would get the most out of it are the least likely to sit through a course
  • Nobody has time to become the AI person on top of their actual job

What the agent takes over

  • A working session with the people who will actually use it, not a lecture
  • The agents set up on your real jobs and your real systems, during the session
  • Written runbooks for the three or four things your team does every week
  • One named person in Atlanta, and a weekly call, for as long as you are with us
  • When a provider changes something and it breaks, we fix it. You never touch the technical side

Every one of these is counted, and the count lands on one page a month.

What it does
  • Week one: we sit with you and map the week as it actually runs
  • Week one and two: we build it and connect what you approve
  • Week two: a working session with your team, on their real work
  • Week three: it runs, and the ranked list starts arriving
  • Every week after: we stay, and we keep it working
The proof

Run on a real company first

We built this on ourselves first. WilliamMarkDesigns, our founding client, runs 24 projects and $74.5M in retail across four years with 13 staff, and every number in their morning brief traces back to a record anyone can open.

What it costs

Two week pilot, $750. Then $125 a week.

Per company, not per person. Month to month, cancel any time. Anything beyond a standard build is quoted in writing before it starts, and you approve it or it does not happen.

The pilot exists because month one is the expensive one for us: the setup is eight hours of real work before your agent does anything useful. If the ledger does not show the time back, you should not be paying us.

Book a demo

Fifteen minutes, on your own numbers

You bring your week as it actually runs. We show you what the agent would take off your plate, and you leave knowing yes or no. No deck and no pitch.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this a course?

No. There is no curriculum and no certificate. It is a working session with your people, on your work, and then we keep it running.

How long does the training take?

One working session in week two, two to three hours. The point is that it is short enough that it actually happens.

What size team is this for?

Ten people or more, where the coordination between them has become a job in itself. Below that, it is usually not worth the setup.

What if my team is not comfortable with technology?

That is the normal case, and it is why we do it in person. If your team can read an email, they can use this.

Do you train people who are not your clients?

No. We are not a training company. The session only makes sense on agents we have built and are running for you.

How big does my company need to be?

Ten people or more, or close to it. Below that, the honest answer is that the setup costs more than it gives back, and we will tell you so.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The technical side is ours. You need one working session with us, and a few minutes a week to say yes or no to what your agent drafts.

What do you need access to?

Only what you approve, one system at a time. Read-only until you say otherwise, and revocable in one click.

How long until it is running?

Two weeks from the first working session. Week one we map how the week actually runs. Week two we build it and sit with your people.

Does it move money or send anything on its own?

No. The agent reads, codes and drafts. It never initiates a payment, a transfer or payroll, and nothing goes out without a named person clicking.

What does it cost?

A two week pilot at $750, then $125 a week per company, not per person. Month to month, cancel any time.
